What's All the Business Going on When I Open Driver Side Door?
All sorts of electrical activity when you open the driver door on this truck, just curiosity as to what all. Sounds at least to be high pressure fuel pump spinning up, among a few other systems coming on.

uncommonly sensible
With Forscan, you can turn off the fuel priming when driver's door opens feature. If you open your drivers door a lot with no intention of starting the engine, then you might find it useful to turn off this "feature". I found it a little disconcerting at first, but most of the time when I open my door, it's to drive the truck. So I'll probably leave it as designed.
For contrast, on my fuel-injected motorcycles, I always turn the ignition key to the On position and listen for the fuel pump to prime. Then I hit the starter. So in a way, there is some comfort to hear my truck prime up.

Finally, for those who want to turn priming off, it'd be nice to know where in the FORScan Excel file is that instruction. At least on which module. Don't remember seeing that on the most common page. Thx.

Besides the fuel pump, I think the radio is getting a head start also, that's why the radio starts playing before the screen fully wakes up.

I have the 5.0 and have never heard it. Must be an Ecoboost thing.
