First and foremost for me would be the spaciousness of the back in the crew cab. That is what I’ve had the hardest time getting away from because as a stay at home dad with 2 kids still in car seats/boosters, every bit of room helps getting those critters in and out and loading all. their. crap.

Tailgate step (although I do like Chevys bumper step a lot)
