Default What are some features you really like

Looking at the 2015 i've seen some features i really like.

The tail gate unlock and open from the remote is really cool, i'll beneift from that a lot. I also really like the LED lighting and the box link system.

The front facing camera is pretty cool aswell especially for lifted trucks and i'm sure if will be great getting out of tight areas.

I like how they changed the tail gate step, i didn't like it before, wasn't practical for people with snowmobiles and dirt bikes in the bed of the truck, i really hated that handle, only thing is i'm not sure if the step will break as easy still, so many f150s here with broken tail gate steps.

I really like the interior BUT it feels to me like the nav screen should have been bigger but other than that i really like it, i was hoping for the up fitter switches like the SD and raptor I plan on using some offroad LED lights.

i've come to realize i'll be doing more towing than i had originally suspected so i may give up on my lifted truck and get a new 2015, maybe a level kit at 33 tires i'll be more than happy I love the LED headlights

i've never owned a truck or a ford before, but the 2015 has made me want to trade in my STi for one, which i probably will.

-I will like the touch to start (saw it in the pictures)
-I also liked the face, i'm impressed how close it is to the Atlas concept, kudos to a manufacturer that can make a production vehicle close to a concept
-Also like the 700lbs off, I know alot of people are put off by aluminum, but imagine all the possibilities with 700lbs off! the fuel you save and the performance you gain.
-The panoramic roof on the KR is pretty awesome too, not sure if i'll really use it as i've never used it on my x5, but its still pretty nifty!

All good features listed above to look forward to in the 2015. I am looking forward to the 2.7 ecoboost. Since I don't tow anything, this really intrigues me. I have the 3.5 eco now, but the thought of better....dare I say "good" mileage is what gets me excited.

And yes, before anyone bashes me, I know I own a truck and not a Prius. I am not complaining about MPGs, just the potential to have better is great. Can't wait until Ford releases the specs on the 2.7.

I saw a video and the truck has cloth seats, but has buttons for heated seats...will ford finally do what VW has been doing for years? I hope so!!!

I like the fact that they brought back the drivers side grab handle. Just wish they did that for 2013/14 so I could put it in my 2011.

I also like the following:

Push-to-start is an option with smart key.
The tie downs in the bed are up higher.
LED bed lights.
Tailgate cleat for ramps.
Remote tailgate opening.
The LED headlights.

Does it make me want to trade up? No...not so much. I can add this stuff to my current truck. With the exception of the push-to-start.

I'm fairly content with the truck I have now. I have a hard enough time keeping up with myself. Let alone keeping up with the Jones's.

Need to see the final package with power numbers first anyway.

Is it remote opening or remote lock/unlock?

Edit: from what I'm reading...it is remote open. Kewl.
