Hey Lumpy can ya post a front shot? I started this in a thread earlier, but I would love to see how that Plat grill looks next to your solid chrome bumper! Im debating on getting one for my XLT. Thanks

It's a bit of work to remove them, but with dental floss and a hair dryer and patience, it is doable.
What takes a long time is to remove the old glue underneath the emblems, and disassemble the emblems by breaking the plastic melted spot welds.
Painting and reassembling is not that hard.
Search the forum, there are some pictures of disassembled emblems, that will give you an idea.

Use WD40 to remove glue like that then clean and remove the oily WD40. Works like a charm. Gas works faster but I don't like using that on my paint but have with no issues as long and you clean it up quickly.
