What do you put in place of front license plate?
Sorry if this is a WTLW, but I'm new here and to Ford trucks.. have an 18 F150 Platinum 3.5 ecoboost, and i wanted to take off the dealer nameplate they put on the front from the lot - surprise surprise the whole plate bracket comes off super easy with a gently pull from both sides. but with the plate bracket off the truck seems pretty empty there. It also seems like there's a much higher chance of scooping up some road debris and banging it into the intercooler.. for those of you with no front tag what all do you put there? I was thinking of a light bar perhaps, or maybe a blank like the black plastic bumpers left and right.. any great ideas tho?
thanks

Nothing until I get pulled over for no front plate.

I don’t know how necessary that wide open space is for the ecoboosts...must be some amount of difference for Ford to have a different part there for eco vs non....but if there is no significant difference you can maybe try replacing that part with the na v6/v8 part. They just pop out and in, and about $30 new.

Couple things you can do, here's two. Bottom photo is a 5.0 grille that I cutout around the slats for air flow to the CAC. BTW, that full width grille is up for sale.

License plate, since it is required by law here and assists law enforcement!
