Man if there's one thing I learned over the years it's that really capturing how an exhaust/vehicle sounds on camera is difficult, and it's amazing how varied the same vehicle with same setup can sound from different people.

I feel like I've watched every searchable or related video possible on YT for this exhaust on a 3.5, though, so hopefully it will sound to me like one of them I can point to, not sure if my phone recording will be able to capure but I'll try

No. I'm still "if it ain't broke don't fix it", it was just too awesome right out of the gate I'm paranoid of messing with a good thing. It drives perfectly and I have the 1% uphill 5.05 0-60 on dragy where I didn't even lock the diff and had extra tire spin on a side so I know it could pull a 4.9 if I pushed it...so unless my wife's Explorer ST that is reported as 5.2 ends up testing quicker when I do it official (doubtful), I won't be revising lol

haha, I agree on listening to a million videos of 3.5 eco exhausts, the crap deal is a lot of them are just sitting at idol on a cold start, almost everything sounds good that way.... I want accurate description on how it sounds when you hammer on it. that is why I ended up with just a resonator pipe for now, I only want a little extra sounds if I can get it.

Unless at the track I've never seen it. Where do you find it?

If in search for high octane I just go to the closest e85 pump. That's typically for my mustang though. Haven't messed with the F-150 yet.

Where are you that you can't find 93? I've driven mine through 5 states and got 93 in all of them without going more than about 2 miles out of my way

In the Salt Lake Valley there is now only 1 or 2 places to get better than 91 and they are on the north end of the valley... +30 minute drive from me..

although thinking about it.... at higher altitudes 91 is essentially the same as 93 in the lower altitudes, so I retract my previous statement....

I have the same camera wired into the passenger side fuse panel. Are you having any problems getting your camera to go into parking mode? Mine won't go into parking mode. From reading the instructions, it should go into parking mode automatically when the ACC wire senses the power go off, or when the GPS mount senses that the vehicle hasn't moved in several minutes. Neither appears to be working.
