I made an AR-15 rifle/pistol mount behind my back seat with 1/8" thick, 1 1/2" L-shaped, aluminum and a pair of Quick Fists. It attaches to the factory M12 rear seat bolts. I may order the next size up on the quick fists to make it easier to get the rifle in and out, but it holds the rifle pistol securely. I saw some posts on here with people mounting rifles upside down, but I wanted to securely mount the AR right-side-up.

Almost looks like the cab panel was molded for that gun!

I won't, and the firearm won't go off by itself. Also, it's a magazine, not a clip, and it's only for testing right now. It may be stored loaded (with my CCW permit), but likely with the BCG back and of course with the safety on. The mount by design angles the AR down towards the passenger side and is not parallel to the ground.
I'm also looking into having a mag holder 3D printed too to be able to store a mag with the rifle but not inserted into it. I'd like to go this route if I can.

Magazine.
Guns don't just go off, they go off when they are fully loaded, the safety is disengaged, and the trigger is pulled.
Safety is engaged.
Rounds in the magazine cannot be fired, there must be a round in the chamber, many people will keep a firearm like that stored with the magazine inserted, chamber empty, safety on...in fact it's so common, including by cops, it has a nickanme "cruiser ready", as in, the way cops often have their firearms in their police cruiser...you're more likely to have your fuel tank spontaneously explode because a meteor hit it than have that firearm discharge, in that case

I looked into the LCS, but no picatinny up top (they don't make an mlok kit for the Streamlight that I saw). However, I drilled out the mounting holes of the switch and used a Magpul mlok screw kit to attach the pressure switch directly to the top of the handrail. The ranger band is just to keep the cable from being too free.
