What did you do to your truck today?
The road to the parking lot is NM325. If you pass the park and stay N on 325 towards Folsom (named after the fiance of President Grover Cleveland) there are several dirt roads a few miles past the park entrance. X marks the spot. 325 is a great side trip.
Palo Duro....My wife lived near the entrance to the Canyon while she was in collage. Hope you enjoyed it.

*AHEM* back to the thread
Well, other than the headlights and fender badges, chrome no longer exists on my truck. You can see the progression from day one to now in all 4 photos. I did the Ranch Hand and magnetic 3 bar a couple weeks ago and just swapped the front bumper for a paint matched one on Sunday. Rocking the Sport package look now, definitely like it more, thinking I’ll have the center of the front bumper painted magnetic to get the ‘15 sport bumper look. I like that more than the PTM, but like the PTM more than chrome.
Up next is PTM fender emblems and ovals, maybe some Special Edition halogens. Not sure $1600 is worth factory OR aftermarket LEDs. Would have I could just swap the bulbs, but I’d rather do it completely right.
It's definitely a deal at $1600, but it's still $1600. Just insane to me that lights are so G-D expensive, ya know? I found a set of factory chrome LEDs for $900 w/ballasts yesterday, that was definitely a deal if I had been after chrome.
The rarity of the blacked out LED's is why they are expensive. My truck is paid off, so buying the lights to make it how I want it was cheaper than buying a new truck.
For sure, but I'd go further and say the rarity of a well-kept set is what makes them expensive. I've found quite a few with broken tabs or scratched up lenses or individual sides that are cheap, but you wouldn't be happy with what you receive because of the defects or damage.
