when I was perusing lug nuts I found this pic that dealer showed. brand new gorilla. broken. 2 or 4 piece. I just installed the mcgards and they are made in America, definitely 1 piece solid steel....1st pic is the new gorilla.. 2nd pic (4)lugs are my new mcgards. buy what you like.

Doug,

I can assure you that the Gorilla 61148CX lug nuts are one piece and unless the threads on any chrome plated lug nuts do not have a flash of chrome plate they will show rust in time.

Those look great, where did you get them? I've been looking, without much luck, for a set to fit my 2019 OEM 20" wheels. If anyone knows please let me know.

Got the Rough Country Shackle kit put on. Removed the tow rings to bolt on these this morning. Some older D rings that I already had in my winch kit that I painted black and some red isolators finished it out... for now anyway. Makes attaching something to pull it all a bit easier.

Got my big pull rope in the other day.

The tow rope...

And I got this for the rear pulling situations...

That is a reflection in the chrome. I have the same Gorilla lugs and they are indeed 1 piece. I don't think any company that is trying to sell a product would post a photo of a brand new broken item on the product page.

I got them (best price I could find)….xdpdieselpower.com mcgard 64023. I got 20 nuts as I already had the mcgard locking lugs, they gave me $10 off and free shipping cost me $15.74 for a 4 pack. my total $84.21.

I have spent more time looking for dropped parts than I have spent on an actual project. I don't work over grass or gravel for that exact reason.

For those who will say that they have been doing this for years, I say, why didn't you tell me?
Would I have been using my brain, I would have moved the cup containing all the clips and screws off the top of the intake air duct before I lifted it up to slip the cover under it. Sigh...
