First things first. Huge apologies to anyone I misled. I stated when I removed my Tgate badge only one clip, and tape was holding it in. After looking closer, all five clips DO hold it on. The slot in the top of the opening receives one clip, the other four clip onto to the perimeter of the large oval opening.
And,,,,,,the second photo is my new custom painted badge that "mbullock" did for me. Photo doesn't even come close to show the workmanship and super high quality Mike does. I opened the package, and I'm not exaggerating, I sat there and just looked, totally blown away. Due to the Ruby Red, things look slightly off in the photo, but believe me, Mike matched my paint exactly!
Front badge is not going on until I do
some protection for the paint, don't want to chance screwing it up.
Better photos in a few days after I clean this thing up.
I actually use it quite often, mostly at long stoplights, which is why I wanted it to be closer to me, and now my short *** doesn't have to reach as far haha.
lol fair enough, I had a loaner 2.7 for a week and it drove me crazy! I even thought about Forscaning the loaner but I doubt that would go over well if they ever happened to find out!
