Default What did my dealer do????

took my truck in for a whole laundry list of recall and warranty concerns. In that was the recall and service procedure for the freezing door latch issue. What did they put together wrong that actually has a bolt or something pushing so hard on both rear door panels that it has stressed the plastic? The white dots are something pushing on the door panel.

I've removed my door panels at least 5 or 6 times on both my 15 & 17 and my buddies 18 and I'm not sure how this could happen. You wouldn't pry right there and there are no bolts sticking out right there to get stuck behind or something. I'd be making a call ASAP and sending pictures.

You made me go look!

I had the Door Lock TSB done on mine right before Winter. Never really looked at the back doors, so I ran out and looked.

No dents... in fact, I pushed on the panel, and it moves as if there is nothing behind it for at least 1/2Inch... I can't imagine what they did to your truck!
