Default Weird clunking under acceleration

Randomly my truck will have a clunking noise that you can feel and hear, sounds like it's in the front driver's side area of the engine bay/suspension area. When it does it, which isn't all the time by the way, it's usually within the first 15 minutes of driving and under acceleration or when turning. It's intermittent so I don't want to take it to the dealership so they can just say "couldn't replicate." What do you guys think it could be? Motor mount? CV joint? How much would it cost to fix?

You will need to provide details on your truck configuration so the guys here can help you.

I have a similar issue. Sometimes I have like a squeaky noise when I drive over little bumps. In the front end. Goes away for a week and comes back.

IWE (integrated wheel end) maybe. Something with the 4 wheel drive trying to engage. Some of the more knowledgeable guys will help you better shortly.

I do here it every once in a while when I turn the wheel. Can feel it by my feet as well. I always have the truck in 4A though.

Running the truck in 4A all the time will increase the amount of NVH. There's also clutches that engage/disengage to remove power from the front end. Look at the "Power Distribution" screen on your cluster (if you have that cluster) and see if the clunk coincides with when power is put to or removed from the front end. The steering angle is one of the inputs that causes the clutches to disengage... even in a properly operating system, I'll very occasionally get a clunk out of the front end of my 2018 when cornering in 4A.

If it is in IWE issue, it should go away if you shift to 4H.
