Send a letter to demand to their legal dept. I started getting daily call backs and a inspection by a engineer. They tried pulling more BS but it gets the ball rolling

All we asked for was more pictures showing more detail of the broken area but the OP did not want to provide those which lead many to believe he was hiding something. If it was so simple/cut and dry then why couldn't more pictures be presented? Nobody on here felt as they were owed anything and lots of help has been provided to other members by these people from their own time without any sort of reimbursement. We just don't jump to conclusions without good evidence and all signs pointed to foul play so we just wanted more photographic evidence to prove our doubts wrong.

I don't know... the quality of this thread compared to the (un) reality shows is certainly no worse.
