Default Vroom Vroom in cab 5.0?

Does the 5.0 have the simulated engine noise in the cab?
What's the brochure wording for that noise??

No, it doesn’t need it, it makes it all by itself.

The fake engine noise explains why the 3.5L is more expensive than the 5.0L. The 5.0L provides it for free at a cheaper cost.

The simulated engine noise in the EB trucks is the 5.0 V8.

I'm going to be ordering a truck soon. I thought the simulated noise was only in the higher trim levels? I had a rental base model xlt with the 3.5 and didn't notice any fake engine vrooms.

I'm ordering an XL and was hoping to avoid as much stuff like this as possible

Can't blame Ford for putting the 5.0 noise in the 6cyl. to cover their hideous sound. I don't care how fast they are that 6 cyl. sound is bad. Sounds like a Ricer motor in a truck.

Several manufacturers use fake engine noise.

Sad.
