@yomann19701 Since you drive a lariat with an electronic tailgate release my speculation is C423 is likely compromised. It is body harness connector near the spare tire. People mess with it when troubleshooting other issues and a tailgate TSB (at least for 2018s) requires techs to make a splice here. My guess is it has been taken apart at some point since leaving the factory. Measure for voltage drop in this area and take an extra good look for green crusties at and around this area since your affected circuits run through this body connector at pins 7, 9, 15.
It is much easier to get at by dropping the spare tire first.

Re-read threat. If as in post #6 "I tested both turn/brake connections coming out of the TRM and both measures just over 11V.", would not the issue have to be TRM or prior in the wiring?
Is it yours? I just copied the most convenient relevant image if it from a google search.
I was just surprised to see it. I originally made it so I could keep all those connector numbers straight. It can be confusing with so many in one spot. Can't remember posting it, but obviously I had.
