All the motors in question, MAF-less??

If so, it could have something to do with it. its hard to keep a 'silky smooth' idle without a MAF (at least on older hot rods), probably even more so with fancy DOHC craziness that goes on in todays engines?

Yes I have a brand new 2018 F150, 2.7 , 200 miles, and it does this funny little shuffle after coming to a stop, the first time it happen yesterday when I drove it home from the dealer I thought someone hit me in the rear! I also noticed today the RPM and oil pressure drop to "0" when this occurs.
Does anybody know what is going on with these trucks?

^ Noob here. 2018 stx 4x4 2.7 does exactly the same thing on occasion as well as occasional harsh downshifts from 3-4.
Engine shudders 1-2 seconds after a stop usually at a light. doesn't seem to do it with start-stop on but that would make sense if the truck has shut off.
This is a great truck but it does do some weird things occasionally.

Yep, I have a 2018 2.7l stx. Mine does this same thing sometimes. I haven't pinned it down yet, but seems to mostly do it when the engine is still warming up and not all the time. I have engine start/stop disabled through forescan. I don't know if the truck did this vibration before I disabled it though.

Edit:
Let me clarify my vibration/shutter I speak of just last a half a second then goes away when I come to a stop.

I get the shakes a little bit too when stopped in gear with my eco 3.5 . Has done it since new and I've tried a few things to smooth it out but still the same. Aside from that the engine is pretty smooth.

Anyone take their vehicle to the dealership or have a mechanic look at the issue? Anyone find out what causes the vibration/shudder? ... There are other posts on this same issue but I haven't seen a definite answer on what is causing it or why is happens. Mine seems to happen between 3/4 and full tank of gas. It goes away as the gas tank gets to half tank or below. I've been waiting months for someone with more time and resources to maybe shed some light on this.

That's gas sloshing around after you stop. It's pretty common and there is no fix, so try to ignore it. My truck does it too, but that's not the vibration I'm referring to here. What I'm experiencing will continue as long as I'm stopped and in gear.

It's the nature of the beast holding low (6-700) RPM's.

With your foot firmly planted on the brake, feather the rpm's up to 11-1200 (just past idle) would be willing to bet the vibration will disappear.

Mine shudders as well, every few seconds upon a cold start...does it for the first 45 seconds or so. And after it warms up..at idle there is def some vibration, although not bad. This happens in both gear and in park.
