I just pulled a car on an open trailer from Dallas to Utah and had the pedal vibration REALLY bad. At first I thought it was mostly in gear 4 and some in 5 (I'm in a 2016 EcoBoost 6 speed truck) but I then noticed that it was more when the truck was at the 3000 RPM range. If the vibration comes from a rotation at a certain speed, it made me think that perhaps it wasn't the trans, but the driveshaft. Not sure.

With the load on the truck the Vibration was amplified 200%. When I got to UT, I switched to my buddies new GMC pulling the same trailer and it was smooth as glass. Made me frustrated.

Maybe I need to back them waaay out? I feel like that would cause a non snug fit though. Thanks in advance.
I have the pads under my pedal and I'm not sure that it made a whole heck lot of difference. When you think about it, the bolt is threaded into the nut that is welded to the firewall. So any vibrations in the firewall will transmit straight to the thread and into the bolt & assembly. No padding gonna solve that completely.

2015 3.5 Ecoboost, lariat Screw, FX4, 3.55 locking rear end.

I have a vibration that is felt through the gas pedal at random RPMs but most noticeably around 2,000. I feel it intermittently with light to moderate acceleration. It feels like the light grinding noise you hear in AWD mode. So I decided to run the 4WD auto mode and the noise was very prominent, much more than I feel it should be but this is my first Ford so I'm not sure.

I've read on other sub forums that some people with 2014s experienced a similar issue and there was a TSB issued for the transfer case motor on various platforms including the F150. I've also seen people that have had hubs replaced early on which I suppose could cause the grinding feel too.

Does anyone have this issue on their 2015?

Thanks,

Eric
My truck, 2016 is doing the same thing, between 100km/hr - 120. Dealer told me it's the drive shaft. He did 3 2016'in the last 6 months. As soon as he read my work order he came out analyzed.

My 2018 5.0L did it once on the way to work a few weeks ago (before I read this thread).
I noticed a slight vibration in the gas pedal just after I started to take off from a light. It did it a few times that morning, and hasn't done it since.

I was having similar issue with my truck, but now it is resolved. My truck is a 2017 Lariat SuperCrew, V8. The vibration started around 17k miles while driving on the highway. Most noticeable around 1500 - 2500 RPM. Same symptoms as everyone else here described. After many trips to the dealer and trying all sorts of things, the dealer was able to determine the carrier bearings in the front differential were in pretty bad shape. After replacing them vibration went away.

Revival of the thread. Of course it had to come back haha. Just bought a 2015 f-150 bluE flame crew cab sport fx4. I’m a 27 year old school teacher and this Was a huge purchase for me. The first owner took perfect care of the truck and I literally LOVE every aspect of it. Wouldn’t change anything at all...0 problems.....except.... I have the dreaded pedal vibration. I’m OCD also and it drives me nuts. Only had the truck a week and it’s driving me crazy! It’s a vehicle I plan to have for at least 10 years hopefully. So I’m gonna start with every fix in the thread until I’ve exhausted myself. It’s not extreme like I feel some people in the thread have had. My wife says she can’t really even feel it. But I can. I’ve seen some people who seem to at least have made it tolerable. That’s my hope! Wish me luck lol. After reading the thread I know I’m gonna need it.

Good luck . If that’s bothering U now , wait for few weeks , just to let U know .... nothin will fix your problem . I had brand new 2016 limited with vibration and traded for 2018 limited . Worst decision in my life . Now after 2 years and replaced driveshaft , tires , read differential there is still the same vibration . However I finally got solution . Ordered new ram and never going back

Well that’s what I’m afraid of. However I can’t really turn back now. I have no choice but to keep it. Your 2016 limited had none but the 2018 did?
