Better with less fuel.

This is what confused me. This is what I experience. Better when filled up. Heavier vehicle.

Yeh I hear ya. It's less vibrations with less fuel for me. My current distance is empty is about 125 miles (200 km). I will be filling up later today and will report back.

When vibrations increase or decrease with load, the most likely culprit is pinion angle on the drive shaft. What is even more confusing is when the vibrations feel like they are coming from up front, but are actually coming from the rear. On mine I know I have two tires that failed Road Force balancing, both are on the rear, and cause the entire truck to shake between 45 and 55 MPH, and again around 75 MPH. Feels like it is coming from up front, but I know it's in the rear.

I've driven 5 2018-2019 f150s now. They all vibrater/buzz in the pedal and steering wheel some. Especially ones with adjustable pedals. I think everyone's tolerances are different here.

OK you're totally onto something. Because when I swapped from my winter tires to summer tires, I might have jacked up the truck rear end using the rear diff Then what do you know, I have vibrating gas pedal sensation. Before the winter tire swap, I didn't have the vibration gas pedal issue...

So looks like I'll be finding a transmission shop to adjust my pinion angle now.

So mine vibrates at pretty much all speeds, some worse than others. It's never severe though, like a buzz in the pedal. It does seem worse when acceleration, however even coasting it is there.

When coasting, if I throw it in neutral, the buzz feeling is still there. I don't know enough about the way vehicles work to know what that means...

Ok, this is just straight up effing strange. The gas pedal vibration is hardly noticeable on the drive in to work today. I would say the vibration/buzzing was reduced by like 95% at all speeds! Gosh if my pedal was like this everyday, I would be a totally 100% satisfied F150 owner.

I didn't drive the truck between coming home yesterday and going to work this morning, and the pedal was buzzing on the way home from work, The only thing that has changed from yesterday to this morning is that the outside temperature hovered right around the freezing mark 0 Celsius (32 Fahrenheit). That's all that is different. So in my case, it seems like ambient air temperature might have something to do with it?

Mine mainly vibrates during excelleration. Not during coast. Can feel it in steering wheel too. Definately, my 2016 was smooth as butter. Its not the tires or balancing. Had the pinion angle checked by Ford as I removed the blocks and wanted to be sure that had no affect and they said pinion was fine.

Now back to Ford to see what they can do. Its really sad as I know these trucks are better than this. Got to be engine / tranny vibration.

So people that did the isoprene anti vibration pad mod...I put the pad under the assembly, and then a rubber washer between assembly and bolt head. Def helped some but not a ton. Bought the 1/4 isoprene thing from amazon. How tight did you guys make the bolts? It's tough because you can pretty much tighten them forever (compressing the pad), I dont know when to stop. Maybe I need to back them waaay out? I feel like that would cause a non snug fit though. Thanks in advance.
