Vibration through gas pedal

Vibration and grinding noise
Has anyone gotten any reasonable answer to this (within specs or how it is isn't reasonable)? Taking my truck in for its first service and let the dealership know I wanted the vibration and grinding checked out as well. If anyone has anything I can ask them to check, please share. Figuring I'll hear it's normal or nothing can be found. This isn't normal. Thanks

Please let us know what they say! I would take mine n, but I know from first had experience, the local dealer is incompetent. I'm guessing it had to do with the 4wd system, as I have yet to hear of ONE person having the problem in 2wd models.

Well.....the vibration couldn't be replicated at the dealer, but they did hear the grinding. Looks like there is bad gear in the transfer case, the front planetary gear is bad and needs to be replaced on a truck with 5400 miles on it. Ridiculous.!

Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe going in the right direction though...Could you let us know if replacing that gear makes the vibration in the pedal go away? I wouldn't be surprised if that fixes the issues...if so, a lot of members on these boards will be happy campers. Ford will be pissed though.

I need to vent. Damn it Ford! How do you F!*ck up a brand new truck? I don't believe you put in the amount of testing you claim you did. I have ALWAYS bought Ford vehicles. I waited for years to purchase my 1st brand new vehicle, and I do regret it. I will NEVER purchase another ford, new or used. EVER. Looking at the 2016 Tundra right now. I will trade in this 2015 F150. I feel like this vibration will only get worse with time, until something major breaks. I feel like I got screwed big time, all of us. End rant.

if it's all the four wheelers doin this then that would garantee its the t case and since they have a new case for 15 it must be a **** design that ford should have done a little better testing on. maybe we need to all get together and demand a recall of these things ,lol. Mine does it to but I just live with it as I hardly drive the damn thing

Sounds like it is all 4wd...makes me lean towards transfer case the more I read. If Ford will not honor their warranty, we need to start a class action law suit. These are BRAND NEW trucks, under warranty. We don't deserve to be lied to and told "it's normal".
