For is release a new blue for 2019. Does anyone have examples of velocity blue?

Ford has not released pics yet, just said they are having a new blue called "velocity blue"

Ha. Absolutely not. The only thing I like about this picture is the color. Otherwise, I can't stand the Euro trash.

This is the rendering I received when we were talking about 2019 Ford colors at work the other day. I work in the pigment business so we keep up to date on new colors and pigments. The company that produces the base pigment for this color also makes the base pigment for Lighting Blue (which this will replace in the 2019 F150) as well as Performance Blue which will only be on the Raptor for 2019.

Once again, Ford has not released a picture of a Velocity Blue vehicle. If they have, I can't find it. Sure, there are lots of other websites "claiming" the color, but I have seen renderings of it looking like grabber blue, all the way to a lighter metallic of Blue Flame.

You are correct, there is not actual live pictures of this blue yet for the 2019 model, they haven't actually painted them yet, so the best we have right now are renderings of what the "expected" look will be. I actually saw a panel the other day of this when we were reviewing the colors, but the 4" x 6" sample really doesn't do anything for visualization. It is definitely a metallic, like the lightning blue is as they share the same base pigment. Blue Flame was a different base pigment, but paint companies can do just about anything with pigments these days.
