OP here. For all you kind folks explaining about power folding mirrors, I am not interested in power folding mirrors. All I am interested in is getting extending (manual is OK) tow mirrors that will work with my BLIS system.

I thought that my F-150 XLT SCAB would disable BLIS when towing, but today, when towing my new Airstream home, the BLIS was still functioning. Of course, Cross Traffic Alert and Back Up Warning were disabled. When programming my truck for the Airstream, it DID ask if I wanted to activate BLIS with it and had me input the length of the trailer.

My mistake - I guess it would be possible to install Lariat 501A trailer tow mirrors with BLIS, as long as you already have 22 pin mirror connectors, and just not use the spot lamp, puddle lamp, power fold or extend features.
