One more thing is needed, the reformat utility. However, I don't have a direct link to it. I see an older one out there, but I don't want to give out that link as I haven't tested it.
The file you'll need is: 1U5T-14G386-CB.TAR.GZ
The reformat utility is not publicly available on Ford's servers. I don't know if it ever was. I don't know where or who was the original leaker. Until AA updates his files, anyone who did download in the past, hopefully kept them around and can modify them with the newly released. Or, download his and the new files and swap out what needs swapping.
As everyone who has upgraded and kept up with the App releases will need to downgrade at or below 3.4 19200, this is going to be a multiple step process anyway.
You can upgrade the voice file itself by creating an autoinstall.lst file with just it included:
[SYNCGen3.0_ALL]
Item1 = 5U5T-14G391-CN_1615429328000.TAR.GZ
Open1 = SyncMyRide\5U5T-14G391-CN_1615429328000.TAR.GZ
Options = AutoInstall
This may be a stupid question... but ford released 20282 as the most updated version.. why to do you need to roll so far back to update to 20 maps.. i also would guess ford is going to officially release the new maps for resale.. if they do.. will they require a roll back in sync version before a new map install? just wondering..

Doing it with this unofficial method, you need to reformat the APIM. Ford blacklisted the reformat tool starting with 3.4 19274. That is why you need to downgrade. If you buy the maps from Ford, then all of this is moot. They give you the license that is tied to your ESN number on the APIM and the files you either get on a USB from Ford or download from their servers. As long as your on a version of 3.2 or higher, the maps will install. They might give you a new minimum version once they officially release 2.20 to the masses, but with 1.19 it was a 3.2 version.
This method bypasses all of that, the maps are "free" and you get them months ahead of their official release from Ford.
OK guys, what have I missed or screwed up? I am getting an ERROR message that packages are not found. I was able to roll it back to 19200 OK, but when I try and load the new SW, I get the error.
Pics attached are what on my USB Drive.
TIA!
Need to have the files named the same on the stick and in the autoinstall. Your files have161542863..... at the end, you don't have that in your autoinstall file.

Thanks! I knew I was overlooking something simple like that.
