It's my first day
My cost for all parts is right around $1000 CAD / $800 USD. I made a my own excel document detailing every pin I need to map to make my own harness and I was about to build my own and the day I was about to buy pins 4D tech by the grace of god released this (which is well worth its ridiculous cost).

You still need the:
Display, APIM, FCIM, updated USB Hub, Farka adapter, video camera interface adapter.
I'm saving money by hard wring in the power for the USB hub (which I've done in the past on previous MTF to Sync 3 conversions with no issues). I'm also not purchasing 4D techs video camera input harness, because any monkey (get it), can easily solder a male RCA output to the current video source to use with his harness pictured below.
There's also the whole ForScan thing, which has its own learning curve and costs, but I already have that down well enough to do it in my sleep.
While 4D Tech's products are overpriced, keep in mind nearly most connectors on his harnesses can't be purchased in bulk from Japan. This guy builds most of his harnesses by taking scrap Ford modules apart, de-soldering the connectors and making his own cables using self made pin-out diagrams from simple time consuming research. The Mustang Mod guy OEM Radio (on Facebook) does the same thing and I was about to do exactly that as well until last week when I saw this.
Originally, I wasn't going to share this because 4D Tech doesn't do discounts and I'm not earning any kickbacks in any way. But seeing as how my order already shipped and I don't need to worry about availability issues and competing with the rest of you here ya go lol...

its way easier if you setup a webex session (or gotomeeting or whatever) someone remotes in to your laptop, configure, done. Much faster and cheaper. The hardware is easy to do, just follow a couple of tutorials available here.

I get SYNC 3 8" with GPS module and bezel and GPS antenna (from the same truck) for 800$ canadian .now i have question ..My truck is equipped with sirius radio .so i have one antenna already on the roof .Do i need only to swap to GPS antenna or is more difficult ?

Personally if you want the best bang for your buck without wasting a bunch of time soldering. I would buy the $60 camera harness and a wpt-1239. there are not a whole bunch of wires that need to be swapped around and if you don't have a camera you would only tap 4 wires (GPSM, ACM) or 6 (GPSM, ACM, FCDIM )if you have a camera. About $100 dollars and probably about an hour of work.
