Those are called Component Location Views and they are in the Workshop Manual. They show all the connectors, regardless of what is installed. There are 44 pages of them in the manual I have and they show the location of all the components, connectors, splices, and grounds. The connector numbers (e.g., C214) come from the wiring diagrams and can be referenced to the actual connector view which shows the pin-outs and in some cases the Ford part number. C214 is a connector for Crew Chief.
You can get access from the Motorcraft site but it's ridiculously expensive (IMHO). A 72 hour subscription is $21.95. That gives you access to the whole manual, the OASIS report on your truck, TSB and SSN info for your particular VIN and a bunch of other stuff.
You can also buy it on Ebay in digital form, or a PDF compiled by some company with cheap labor (details in this thread).
I bought the PDF and it is the real deal, but it doesn't have the nice cross-indexed hyperlinks that you get with the Motorcraft website. In this case you really get what you pay for.
EDIT: Attached are the 3 views of the back of the truck. Items that begin with C = connector, S = splice, G = ground.

And no, that other thread doesn't have links to Ebay. That thread discusses whether Haynes, Chilton, or Motorcraft are the best value for the money and it also discusses the PDF version (which I think is great for what I paid).
You'll need to search Ebay yourself. You can buy the manual from Helm on CD for like $180, and on Ebay you sometimes find cheaper versions.
If there happens to be a number on that connector you're interested in, please post it and I'll try to look it up.

Harnesses begin with a number (e.g., 14405) and sometimes include a letter (e.g., 14B559).
