My passenger seat in my xlt sport feels like I'm sitting on a board. First I thought it might just be a matter of breaking it in, after a couple months I'm not so sure.
I looked underneath and it looks identical to drivers side but I can't say for certain if anything is missing. Before I take it in I wanted to ask the community whether this was a normal thing.

I prefer being in the left seat. Unfortunately my wife drives from time to time and I sit in the passenger seat. It is a night and day difference on my ****. So what say you? Is it an identical cushion on your fat asses?

OP - others have complained about the passenger seat as well, you'd think they would be the same, but Ford probably left a little more cushion out to save all that weight!

Took mine in for same, dealer said the passenger seat had padding and could do nothing, even after acknowledging the issue.

My wife complains about the passenger seat in my sport all the time. She said the 2013 XLT I traded was 100x better.
