I guess that if you are a great grandpa you have to double down on the "young" upgrade. Ummm maybe that Raptor grill? Paint it red or green or------what were we talking about?

Mudflaps - IMO they kill the looks of any truck, but they have a certain functionality of keeping spray off the sides. I pull mine off in spring and back on in November before snow/salt season. Takes like 15 minutes for all four.

After driving F350's for so long, I really love this truck, but it just needs something.
Thinking about painting rotors and calipers and tinting the windows. Don't really want to hit the mileage with big tires, but maybe a level kit?
What do you think?
Beautiful truck! I think your sitting way lower then you use to. It needs a level kit and bigger tires. Tint the front to match the back. The only grandpa look are the tires. They are to small and smooth. Not aggressive enough.

I don't think anyone was doubling down on any "young" upgrade, what ever the hell that means. He, the OP, asked "What do you think" and I believe that is what we were all explaining, what we thought his KR needed, or did not need.

I personally think his truck is beautiful and to me, a KR, like that does not need any MoJo. However being his vehicle, I hope he finds ideas from you and others that he likes and can implement.

Now stop picking on old dudes like me for our opinions and go have some fun this weekend

Thanks guys. I agree the Kevlar Goodyears are a killer. I'm thinking of replacing them for KO2's, but only after I can totally crab about them to my wife in winter... To justify the expense... you know?
I agree the posture is poor. It seems each model change sits lower and lower. I've been looking for places to do the level, but still want blocks in back to keep a bit of rake for when I haul my trailer.
Thanks for the nice comments. I was worried I should have stuck with my other choice of a Sport Edition. Of course, by better half would have divorced me by now. Hey! There's another... Gotta go....
Just kidding.

just get some black fuel rims like octanes or hostages, and throw on some all terrain 305 x 60r18.

no level needed as long as its a 4x4

will make your truck look like gramps has been hitting the gym and creatine!

in personally would ditch the chrome side mirror caps for black or matched painted ones.

I'm trying to appreciate black wheels, but it's tough. Maybe gloss or satin with chrome or brushed accents. I just think the whole flat black looks like "I'm running spares" from a distance. I'd like a 4" lift and some KO2's, but I'm not sure I want to cut my mpg 3-4mpg.
