i like the look of it i think. if it was paint matched would probably look better. wonder if it does anything for MPG since it might elongate the slip stream.

I searched eBay and there are several offerings of painted spoilers. I doubt it will do anything for MPG.

I like the look as well if you are looking for a sportier exterior, but my concern is if it would create an unnecessary turbulence that would make the rear window dirt(ier) than usually.

Spoiler on a truck, whether on the cab or on the tailgate, don't belong IMO and don't look good. That said, many things that people add to vehicles I don't like. Do what YOU like.
