Yuck. But that's just my personal opinion.
The F150 actually has a "wing" built into the tailgate from the factory, but it's for a purpose:

If you want the cab spoiler for looks, go get it.
But don't try to talk yourself into it with thinking you'll get better MPG or "aero". All that thing is going to do is induce drag.
Reducing drag at the rear of a bluff body (what they call pretty much anything on the road these days) is about re-joinging the air disturbed as the vehicle passes though it. The roof "spoiler" is only going to increase turbulence and drag at the rear of the vehicle by messing up the work Ford did for you on trying to rejoin the flow at the rear. It's also going to make for a larger turbulent area behind the vehicle everywhere, which also induces drag.
But it's still not going to be so significant that you will notice any real penalty in day to day use.
Like I said; if you want it for looks them go get 'um and be happy with your choice.

Got mine installed today. As noted, looks better color matched. Luckily my roof was all ready flat black. I like it. I also like that my rear light will never have a leaking issue.
