I have a 2018 F150 3.5 L Ecoboost, 6900 GVWR pkg, with 53 A trailer tow pkg. Dealership has added every extra in max towing pkg apart from upgraded rear bumper and engine oil cooler. What do I have to do to get maximum towing. Thanks

unfortunately, you can't convert a tow package f-150 to a max tow. The payload is set by the manufacturer and there's nothing you can do to adjust that

The only way for you to now get max towing is to trade the truck for one with the Max Tow Package. Sorry.

What does the Max tow give you over the regular tow package?

Mine and other Max Tow trucks have the HPP frame. I don't know if it's just if you combine max two with a Screw or what, but it does happen...
