My only real frustration with COTUS up to this point is that I've been in "In Production" for 4 days now, and still can't get a Window Sticker to load. A little frustrating, but not a big deal. I just want to see the dang thing, haha.

Was the same for me but on Friday after 3 weeks it updated to Transit and the awaiting shipment was dated 3/16. I FEEL YOUR PAIN!

Has anyone been tracking their rail car and got an update of "No Status" after a bunch of successful departures from cities along the way?

EDIT: Nevermind...10 mins later the system had updated with a new location. My truck is about 120 miles outside of DFW...it's so close now!

pb65stang - I am in the same boat as you. it updated on Friday to show in production but the window sticker will not load. Agree not a big deal.

It is partially browser related. The majority of time when I haven't been able to get my VIN recognized using Chrome, it has worked in Internet Explorer. The COTUS website can be sensitive to ad/popup blockers but is not consistently so.

Got my vin today from my salesman tried to search it on cotus and it says cannot find the vin I entered..I am in Canada is there anything different I have to do?

Does your in order processing block have a completed date? When that happens the window sticker will load. That is how mine worked.

That is the way it acts time 2 time, same for me I cant search for own. It will pop up soon.
