Since COTUS is essentially useless, try calling Ford Performance Techline / Info Center at (800)-FORD-788 or using their Live Chat system

COTUS show my truck is "awaiting shipment"
The Techline informed me my truck is on the move in Ohio on its way from KC to New York. It took them all of 20 seconds to provide this information.

Dealer says he still has no feedback, but I can see he put the order in COTUS on 5/30 and it is "in order processing" and a VIN assigned.

Well your dealer must be better than mine, that or fords process for pulling in custom orders is a POS.

He told me he had no information. To find it in Cotus, I took the order number and dealer number off one of the sheets he sent me and found it myself.

So COTUS says delivered (yesterday) and Palsapp is still showing Pending. Can I believe COTUS or not? My salesman didn't answer my call.
