Anyone but me notice cotus shows no information today. Seem like they lost everything when they did the backup this week. I searched for multiple VIN’s and all came back with the same “vehicle not found”
I'm seeing the same thing. Had this happen a couple years ago when it went down for maintenance. I believe it took close to 24 hours to come back up after.
Dealer just called. Truck is 90 miles away in Pinehurst but didn't show any interest in giving them a call to get it on a carrier. Delivery date updated from the 20th to the 19th, but the damn thing could be on a truck right now headed this way.

Mine too. Figured the dealer would get tired of me calling twice a day asking if it showed up yet.
I ordered mine on 9/27, after a couple days the VIN showed in COTUS with a delivery date of 11/11. Then a week later (10/5) the estimated delivery updated to 11/8.
However, for the past week+ (10/9) the estimated delivery is gone! Is this normal for it to disappear? I tried using chrome and Internet Explorer to see if it was a browser issue but it doesn't show up for either.
Salesman just sent picture. Hopefully I’ll get to drive it home tomorrow or Thursday. Dealer is installing the leveling kit along with 275/65/20 BFG’s, along with a whole slew of accessories. More pics once they are done with it.

Yes it’s common. Just have to bear through the uncertainty!
