Boys, all I can say is that this truck almost makes it worth all the agonizing wait!! They are really nice and drive great compared to my 2012 F 150.

Sounds like heaven, I'm an Air Force brat and did some time Active Army and then reserves, retired now myself.

Enjoy the new truck!

Congratulations on your forthcoming retirement and THANK YOU for your service my brother!!

You know, it just hit me that you could have commandeered a C-130 and got your truck yourself.

Thanks! Still a few more years before retirement. The countdown is on, though. C-130? I was trying to get a C-17. Faster, after all. Didn't pan out.

If there was an emoji that saluted you, imagine it here. They have a tank emoji so I guess that's as close as I can get for you.

Its sad, they have a gangbanger drive by shooting emoji, , and one that flips people off but no salute or flag emoji.

COTUS shows mine as delivered this morning. I drove by the dealer on the way home last night and it wasn't there at 5 PM. Hopefully I will hear from my salesguy today to arrange PDI and paperwork.

2018 F150 SCREW 6.5 Eco HDPP.

Vin 1FTFW1EG6JFA63316

It had an ETA of delivery of 9-27 but once that date passed it just had 0 days until delivery and no ETA. I talked to my dealer last Friday and the truck was in Benecia ( less than 2 hours away) and it would most likely be here Monday-Wedesday. Now it is Friday and at 9 am this morning the COTUS updated to an eta of 10-29 and 29 days left.

I have called my dealer for an explanation but haven't received an answer yet.

What you guys think? Damaged during transportation possibly? Frustrated....
