Gotcha, looks like your timeline is kind of the opposite of mine. I had to wait about 6 weeks to get a VIN but once I did receive it my truck was built and in transit in under two weeks. I guess that’s why I could see my window sticker pretty much as soon as I got my VIN.

No idea why we are opposite: Hoping Ford needed to speed up my build to make room for them 2019 models.
Not so, another 60 days.
Perphaps they will roll out incentives to clear out -18s shortly and if so, the dealer said I would automatically get them, on top of my other discounts and rebates.
We shall see

On the bright side consider yourself fortunate that you know when its going to be built. It kind of sucks when you wait a month wondering what the heck is going on with your order. Like you I'm hoping the next round of incentives get better. Theoretically my truck is scheduled for delivery a week before the current incentives expire on July 9th. As much as it will probably kill me, I'll wait a week to see if the next incentives get any better.

Does anyone have details on Ford's Private Cash Offer (PCO) program? I'm debating if I should try and get one now or if I should wait until after the new incentives are released. I know the PCO has an expiration date so I'm not sure if its tied to the regular incentives date or when Ford releases a new batch of higher value PCOs. I'd love to get my hands on a 3k PCO that I've seen people receive.

My PCO expired on July 9th, but I got the dealer to confirm in writing that it would be applied because the truck was ordered prior to the PCO expiration date. Didn't have to test him because I am picking up my truck tomorrow.

I won't go into depth on it, mainly because I don't remember all the details, but essentially the PCO program is like a coupon from Ford that can be used on top of some incentives and rebates. You'd have to check but I don't think you can use it with Ford's special plans such as the X-plan. Getting it is partly luck of the draw but I think most people who try are successful. Ford will sometimes randomly mail them out to people and if you're not sure if you received one or not your dealer can check their system to see if you received one. The other way I've read to get it is by going to Fords website and requesting a brochure about a car. Some random dealer websites will even have a popup window allowing you to register for one. The thread I linked below has more info on it.

Got the call from the dealer today and was able to go pick it up! The wait is over and thankfully the updated July 15 EDD was not reality (COTUS still says in transit). Not the best picture, but I’m happy:-). Thanks to all the support and help offered here the past few months.

Ordered - 4/23
In order processing- 5/22
In Production - 5/30
Awaiting shipment -5/31
Delivered - 6/25

Question for you all, need thoughts. (I posted this same question in the main forums, but I'm trying to ask you guys who are waiting on orders). I ordered April 30th. EDD is set for August 6. That's 96 days total, and getting close to the order time for 2019's. Would you keep the order (and 6K in rebates + 800 under invoice) or cancel it and order/buy a 2019? I ordered because they couldn't find any SCREW XLT Sports's with max tow, fx4 and moonroof, even before all the other stuff I included on the build. I don't want to take the depreciation hit, but I do have 6K in rebates that the 2019 would more than likely not have.
