Default Tonneau Cover Recommendations

Looking for recommendations on a roll up tonneau cover for my '16 F150 5-1/2 ft bed.

Right now deciding between a Weathertech, TruXedo TruXport or Lund Genesis Elite. Unless someone has a better recommendation.

Not sure about the clamps on the TruXedo, and looking for something to keep water out.

Thanks!

Just installed a Bak Revolver X2 that I ordered from Truckalter. Love it! Definitely hit him up about whichever cover you decide to go with. Fantastic pricing!

I have the Truxport on my 15 Lariat 6.5' bed. I really like it. Looks good and is very easy to use. I especially like that the bows roll up with the cover. Very weathertight fit, never a problem with water in the bed area. I also applied the Truxedo tailgate seal which works very well.

I considered the tailgate seal until I actually saw some. For a lot less expense , I used cap mounting tape and after a month ,is keeping out all the water and dust . Plus , it's available in light or dark to blend in a little better.

From what I am told, he is very happy with his. I am currently considering one.

Although it's a new generation truck the functionality, designed or materials of a tonneau haven't changed so I'm sure the thousands of comments on this forum should be more then confusing as the opinions WRT these are like belly buttons..........good luck.

I am loyal to the Truxedo Deuce. I love that it can roll up all the way to the cab (full bed access), when fully covered I can fold it back from the cab to access the box there, has self tension, snaps shut like a suit case at the tailgate which tightens the whole cover. Never had an issue with water either and I've had luggage in there on vacations during monsoons.
