Talking Tire Size for 2016 Ford F150 SuperCab 4x4

Hey Guys, I'm installing a 2.5" icon coilover level kit on my 2016 F-150, and the guy told me to fit a 305/55r20 tire which is 33.2". My concern is this might not fill the wheel well up enough and will therefore be ugly, does anyone know if I can fit a 275/65r20 (34") on my truck with just the level kit and potentially some trimming but no other modifications? any help is appreciated and especially photos if you have achieved this look! Thanks!

I have a 1.5" level up front, rear is stock right now.

Looking at it, I wish I'd opted for something closer to a 34" tire vs the 33" tires I have now.

Nice car Ryan! Mine's the same but a supercab so you have 33"s on there? It looks pretty good actually, what offset/backspace are your wheels?

Yes sir, mine are 275/60/20, wheels are 20x9.5 with a 25 offset. They sit just outside the wheel well and I think that looks great

That's a sweet ride Matthew. so you have 34.5" tires nice! they fit without any modifications? my guy told me I might have to change the upper control arm, but I'm confused because some places say go max 33" tires and other people are talking about 35" with just a little trim. confused here. does it make a difference that yours is a screw and mine is a scab? did you notice any change in fuel economy/ride comfort with the 34.5"s?

I've got 275/65R20's on mine with a 2" level kit. The wheels are 20x9 with a +20 offset and the only time I get a little rub is if I go up my driveway a little fast. With the 2.5" level you probably won't have any rubbing as long as you don't go with too much offset.

That's really helpful and your truck looks real nice. Thanks TX150! so I was thinking Rockstar II 20x9 with an 18mm offset and bf goodrich 275/65r20... should work right? did you notice any sacrifice in ride quality or fuel economy versus the OEM tire and wheel setup?
