I have my 4 work orders showing what they did or lack there of.

It just amazes me how much I am getting the run around and lack of someone taking charge and trying to help me.

Plus its like pulling teeth trying to get people from Town and Country to call me back.

I have been a very loyal customer to them over the years and its no exaggeration to say between my wife and I and out family have been responsible for the sale of 20 vehicles there in the last 10-12 years but this is going to end our relationship.

If I ran the company, you would be happy. I have no idea who thinks an unhappy customer is the way to go, makes zero sense to me.

And having to document etc. is a pain in the butt, you just want to enjoy the damn NEW truck.

Sorry, the entire thing is dumb.

I believe lemon law only covers the first year. Once you are past that, it no longer applies.

i have the 4" radio/camera when i took my truck in for my missing cab plug problem i mentioned to the manager how the radio would go black and not work for hours, he told me it is a problem and had it replaced, since then i haven't had a issue. sounds like you need a better dealer.

Try another dealer. I've found a huge difference between service departments where I live in Detroit. The closest dealer to my house is a joke and I gladly spend a few extra minutes going to another one that I trust. Sounds like this might be a big investment in time for you, but it might save you time in the long run.

If you're going to go the lemon route, in Indiana you need to meet 3 conditions: within 18 months or 18000 miles, whichever comes first; not fixed after 4 repair attempts; out of service for more then 30 business days, Saturday included.
Open a case with the BBB Auto Line (free arbitration).
