If I buy one for my 2016 XLT 5.0 4x4....

Will I be able to put it on my Dads 2013 XLT 5.0 2wd.

Yes, both trucks would use the PC18. But just to clarify it does have to be hooked up for it to work. So if you take it off of your truck and put it on your dads only his will see the benefits and yours will be back to stock.
