I'm pretty sure no one bought an ecoboost on this forum because of the V6 exhaust note. Both the 5.0 V8 and V6 3.5 Ecoboost are great engines, but you just can't make the ecoboost fill your exhaust void. This is coming from a guy who had a V8 5.0 which now has a V6 3.5 Ecoboost. I love them both for different reasons and would buy another of each of the engines.
