Taller Tires/Speedometer Correction
My 2015 F150 KR 5.0 is due for delivery this week.
I'm considering changing my factory 275/55/R20's with a taller 275/65/R20.
Can you electronically change the speedometer settings so that the correct speed will display?
I was told that the only way was to Flash the ROM and that it would forever put an asterisk that it was modified and might cause dealer/warrenty issues.
Also, newbie question, can I pick a wider tire (285/65/R20) and still keep my factory rims with Caribu paint?

Dealer can change it if its a standard size, they charge for this $$ maybe $75
Or you can do it with a tuner.....maybe $300
These are flashed all the time, by people w/tuners & dealers
