So has anyone on here put the tailgate decals for an '18 on their '15-'17? I debadged my tailgate within a month of getting the thing so no chrome on it. Was wondering if anyone has done it and could post pics.

I was looking at getting these decals from Amazon and there was a guy with an older 150 that did it. Looks pretty good. Search for a revew by Daniel W.

Just saw this thread and figured I would help out OP since I was in the same dilemma about getting black or chrome on my ingot silver and I couldn't find any references.

I went with the chrome lettering since the tailgate handle is chrome and so is the bumper and I wanted it to look factory as if it belonged there. I personally love it and love the look it gives. Most definitely a short-coming from Ford to not include this factory on the tailgates. I bought them from

amazon BD has them in any color you would like. also flat or domed.

They have them and they are acrylic, not cheap vinyl.

Can be made whatever colour you would like.

I currently have emblem overlays, wheel center caps and steering wheel emblem from them and absolutely love them. They are great.
