I can't seem to connect the sync3 auto updates to the internal vehicle hotspot. The hotspot comes up on my phone, but when i push the auto update on the screen it says you need to be connected to wifi. i go through the steps to connect to the wifi and it does not see the vehicle wifi hotspot.

Hope this makes sense. I will try to get a picture of the screen.

SYNC3 will not connect to the vehicle hot spot. It's designed that way.
