Updated fine, but it reset all my settings, wouldn't connect to my phone,
Another 10 minutes on the phone for that
Now I try to report the update on Syncmyride and it doesn't want to connect to the flash drive. The .xml file is there but nothing happens.
Been on live chat 25 minutes now with no resolution
I'm thinking no more updates

Called Ford 35 minutes on phone and finally got it to download
Updated fine, but it reset all my settings, wouldn't connect to my phone,
Another 10 minutes on the phone for that
