I wasn't aware any 2018s shipped with v3.3 but obviously, I'm mistaken.
I would trust whatever the Ford Owner website is telling you is available as an update

The file name for this Sync 3 v3.3 Build 18351 update is 4U5T-14G381-AM as stated in the OP

Picked up a usb stick today as the update still wouldn’t install via WiFi. The owner.ford site sucks. When I would login at the home page, then click support, the site asked me to login again and this resulted in an endless loop of login requests. When I logged out, clicked support, then clicked sync software updates, it asked me to login, then it took me to the section that checked my version of sync compared to the newest version and prompted the update process. Hope this helps anyone else that gets stuck in the same endless loop.

what browser are you using? this was what happened to me on Chrome, UNTIL I opened a incognito page. Something with chrome about cookies.

I remember fighting the Ford site for a few days the last time I did a sync update... the server may just be slammed.

I called Customer Service and ask for a supervisor to call me back to complain about the functionality of the website. She told me the website has been plagued with problems for months, they're not working to resolve the issues with no long term resolution in sight.
However, she did suggest taking my vehicle to the local dealership where they could install the latest Sync 3 update for a fee.
Isn't that nice?
Fortunately, I have a great dealer - I would rate them an 11 on a 1 to 10 scale. I showed them the latest SSM and they updated the software to the most current build under BtB warranty. Unfortunately, this is a short term solution and doesn't help those that either don't have a good dealer or are out of BtB warranty.
If you have a 2019 F150 that needs this Sync 3 software and you can't update due to the crappy Ford Owner website, I would print out a copy of the latest SSM and ask your local dealer to perform the update.

I wish they would just post the files for download, rather than going through their stupid website.
