Default Sync 3 Audio

18 KR recently my radio stopped working, i cant even click to audio menu, i have no volume control either. what would cause this i've tried soft & master reset
im running after market speakers & 2 amps

Sounds like maybe the actual radio portion is not responding. The sync screen and radio are actually 2 separate things. Try disconnecting the battery for a bit and see if that works. If not you might need a new acm which is the part that has the radio tuner and CD player and connect to all of the speakers. that sits below the sync screen.

when did you add the speakers and amps? has it been in there for a while or are you installing it now? I would first look at the ACM fuse in the BCM. It is probably just blown.

Fuse 33. For some reason I thought it shared the same fuse as sync. 20 amp micro2 fuse

it’s been in awhile I think I may have blown a fuse. I’ll probably be upgrading my battery soon
