Sync 3 3.0 update
I thought I would go to the ford owners website and download the file and proceed with the update via USB. When I login to the ford owner site, I go to the sync updates page. At that point I get the error below. So I am not even able to download the file. I contacted Ford and was told that they have not had this issue reported before and that they would notify corporate. Is there anyone else out there experiencing this issue?
I have tried using both a mac and a windows pc. I have asked using different web browsers with no luck. System errorSorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later or contact us. |
Same thing here using Windows 7 and IE. Chrome doesn't error out, just sits and never does anything.

I'm getting the same error. Mac and PC. Chrome and IE. Hopefully there's a fix soon!

It was posted in another thread a day or two ago that a file server went down in Ford's web server system a couple days earlier. IIRC it will be a few more days before it's online again.
