I almost feel as if I'm driving a unicorn, having the new Led design.
I've had my 2018 Lariat with the new Led's for seven months now. I've seen only 3, 2018's with the same new led lights as mine. I'm not seeing trucks with them turned off either, I know the difference.

I live ten minutes north of Boston. So I'm not in the boonies, yet I know I've only seen three. One Platinum and two Lariat's. I absolutely know I'm definitely the only one in my town with one.. I don't get it.
I can also say I've seen roughly 10, new Xlt's

I keep hearing they sell every 45 seconds or so. So where the hell are they??
Do you guy's notice this as well or is just an anomaly in my area for now...
Please, if you feel the need to say something stupid like get glasses. Try and resist. Appreciate it.

Not to jack the thread, but do all models/levels of the '18's have the F150 recessed into the tailgate or just select levels??

It took a couple of years for the 2015-2017 style of F150 with the LED headlights to become prevalent in southeastern PA. I expect it will take another year for the 2018 led light style to become as prominent here.

On a good note, the market did pick up around these parts in July with the 502A, Platinum, KR, and Limited sales with most of these trims being sold out at many dealers in this area. I think the threat of the tariffs kicking in really pulled a lot of sales forward for the high end trim trucks. Where I bought my truck, they had 11 Platinums on the lot when I bought mine on July 17th. By Saturday, July 21st, they only had 3 Platinums left unsold.

I have definitely seen an increase recently in 2018s in Texas. Not a many of those had LEDs though.

The "F-150" is stamped into the tailgate of all the models that do not have the bright trim (KR Chrome Package/Platinum/Limited) on the tailgate.

i saw 6 18 F150s today on a little short trip i took from raleigh to charlotte. i saw 2 with the leds, 1 platinum and 1 limited, all the others had halogens.

I agree with the OP. live about 10 miles south of Terre Haute Indiana which is a town of roughly 61,000 people. I've seen maybe 5 or 6 2018's running around in main areas of town and that's a mix of xl, xlt and lariat.
