The fogs don’t seem to fit as snug as the oem’s is this normal?
Might be the O-ring on the new bulbs. Try putting the O-ring from your oem's on them. I had to do that in the past with some bulbs, the O-rings they included were a bit thinner and the bulbs didn't fit as tight. Try that.

Did you try to contact HR and ask them? They should know. I have found trying to contact HR through their website is somewhat slow, I don't know if they monitor their website closely. However, i have also found HR responds quickly (within a day) if you contact them through Facebook. Let us know how it turns out.
Is anyone installing 5000K bulbs for pure white light which seems to be closer to OEM? Seems like driving around you can tell the difference between OEM and replacement LED.
