I am new to the forum and new to the f150 world as well. I tried to search and the only thing I found was just people changing out the bulbs. Does anyone know if its possible (plug-n-play) to just swap out the entire headlight housing on an XLT to a LED headlight housing from a Lariat? Sorry if this has been asked already.

They are not plug and play. There is a vendor who sells the complete upgrade including the wiring harnesses necessary, but discussion in that thread has yielded somewhat mixed reaction as far as performance on certain members trucks.
