I just see it bent and giggle while driving at higher speeds. Never really bothered me. But surprised that it actually bent back. Have had this antenna for a couple months. This winter will test that stubby antenna out

Me too, sirus radio all the way til it's not free anymore. In regards to reception haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. This antennas been bent many times and to my surprise restraightened itself every time. Maybe I just got lucky

I got AMI Stubby 9 in. Love it. Not too small and not too big either. Had it on my old truck and swapped it to new one before trade. It is solid also. Little worse reception but that's what usb and Sirius is for.

How does it compare to stock antenna in terms of reception ?

^ No complaints like other guy. Seems to work fine with me. I get more "no signal" from the satellite radio than local reception around here

Depends on where you are, I have the 3" stubby and I pick up everything as before, But I'm 6 miles south west of DC in Va. so everything I listen to FM is close by.
